This is the first Bolivian Independence Day in nearly two decades in which the United States and Bolivia can celebrate a truly renewed partnership. Together, we are deepening our cooperation to bring security and prosperity to both our nations. Bolivia’s founding membership in the Shield of the Americas is a testament to the trust and shared values that define our new relationship.
