The Charity Commission, the regulator of charities in England and Wales, has appointed Interim Managers to Eldonian Community Trust Limited
The charity was placed under statutory inquiry in August 2024 to investigate a range of concerns about the charity’s governance.
The Commission has now appointed two Interim Managers to the charity, whose role is to undertake certain duties to the exclusion of individuals who have been acting as trustees the charity.
