Mayside Partners Limited has acquired Mayside Market from Kestrel Assets Limited and incorporated it as a module within CUNNTAS Accounting & Payroll software.
The addition expands the services included in the CUNNTAS subscription package, giving subscribers access to Mayside Market’s shopping cart and point-of-sale (POS) services without an additional charge.
CUNNTAS costs £30 plus VAT per month per organisation (company). The Mayside Market module is included within that subscription, with no separate charge for the shopping cart system or any Mayside Market services.
The acquisition covers the Mayside Market brand, intellectual property, stock and software. As Kestrel Assets Limited is a unit of Mayside Partners Limited, the transfer is an internal group transaction. Its financial and commercial details are not being made public.

“Adding Mayside Market to CUNNTAS gives our subscribers shopping cart and POS services at no additional charge. We want businesses to get more from their subscription, with more of the tools they need included in the same £30 plus VAT monthly price per organisation.”
— Bill White, Director of Mayside Partners Limited
For CUNNTAS subscribers, the announcement marks a further expansion of the platform’s capabilities. Businesses can access shopping cart and POS services alongside the accounting, payroll and other modules available within their subscription.
The inclusion of Mayside Market supports the continued development of CUNNTAS as a broader business management platform, adding another service to the existing subscription package while maintaining a single monthly subscription per organisation.
