Secretary of State Marco Rubio met today with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn in Manila to discuss U.S.-Cambodia cooperation, both bilaterally and through ASEAN. Secretary Rubio thanked Deputy Prime Minister Prak for Cambodia’s role as the United States’ ASEAN Country Coordinator.
Secretary Rubio and Deputy Prime Minister Prak reaffirmed a shared commitment to implementing the Kuala Lumpur Peace Accords and deepening law enforcement cooperation, including on scam centers, to protect Americans and Cambodians.
