Secretary of State Marco Rubio met today with Vietnam Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung. The Secretary and Foreign Minister committed to deepening cooperation under the U.S.-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The two leaders discussed areas of mutual importance, including strengthening the bilateral relationship, rebalancing trade, and expanding defense and security cooperation.
