Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa David Satterfield will travel to the United Arab Emirates February 15-16 for discussions related to developments in the Horn of Africa. Special Envoy Satterfield will then travel to Sudan February 16-18 to engage stakeholders in support of the Sudanese people’s desire to advance their country’s democratic transition under a civilian-led government.
