Max White

Max White is involved in corporate governance, legal affairs, compliance oversight, commercial administration, and strategic operational support across the company’s expanding portfolio of interests.

Max possesses a distinctive legal education spanning both Scottish and English law. He graduated with an LLB in Scots Law from the University of Dundee following the completion of his legal studies for both an LLB and an LLM (Merit) in English Law at Lancaster University. This dual-jurisdiction academic background provides a broad understanding of the legal systems operating throughout the United Kingdom and places him in a uniquely valuable position within the long-term development of the company.

Within Mayside Partners Limited, Max’s responsibilities extend across a broad range of corporate and administrative functions, including contract review and drafting, preparation of company documentation, policy development, regulatory monitoring, governance support, compliance coordination, and liaison with external legal advisers and professional firms. He is also involved in assisting with strategic corporate structuring, operational systems, and long-term governance planning across the wider Mayside group.

Since April 2012, Max has served as an Editor of Jewish Dispatch.
