On behalf of the Government of the United States, I congratulate the people of Bolivia on the 194th anniversary of their independence.
The United States and Bolivia share a long-standing relationship with common aspirations. We appreciate the strong ties between our countries and our shared aspiration to enhance prosperity and security for our people through bilateral trade and citizen-to-citizen exchanges. The United States will continue to support the Bolivian people’s active participation in their democracy and their commitment to democratic values. We remain open to strengthening cooperation based on mutual benefit and respect.
