Fatal fall overboard from a fishing vessel approximately 150 nautical miles west of Ireland
Today, we have published our fatal accident investigation report into the loss of a deckhand from the gill netter Eder Sands (UL 257) while the vessel was shooting a net on 7 October 2022.
A safety flyer to the fishing industry has also been produced with this report.
