Official Receiver encourages former customers and creditors to submit their claims online if they are owed money by the Thomas Cook companies in liquidation

The Officer Receiver, as Liquidator, has said that several companies in the Thomas Cook group could have sufficient funds available to make payments to customers and creditors who may have lost money in the liquidation.

In November 2021, the Official Receiver launched the Thomas Cook Claims Site. An online portal to enable customers and other creditors in the liquidation who may be owed money by any of the Thomas Cook UK companies that went into liquidation to submit claims.

Official Receiver David Chapman, appointed by the court as Liquidator of the Thomas Cook group of companies, said:

Creditors should be aware that they are not necessarily going to receive the entirety of their claim, but once registered they will be able to log onto to the site to check the progress and status of their claim.
